Notice of Right to Opt-Out and Limit Use
California residents have the right to (a) opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and (b) limit the use/disclosure of sensitive personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA.
TrickCash.com (“TrickCash”, “we”, “us”) does not sell personal information. We also do not knowingly “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the advertising services described in our Privacy & Cookie Policies. You can still opt out of ad personalisation at any time using the controls below.
How to exercise your rights
1) Opt out of personalized ads (fastest)
- Manage Cookies (CMP): Click Manage Cookies in our site footer to reject “Advertising/Personalization” cookies.
- Google Ads Settings: Opt out of Google’s personalized ads here: https://adssettings.google.com/
2) Submit a rights request (access / deletion / correction / opt-out / limit use)
You can submit a verified request by either method:
- Email: trickcash2024@gmail.com with subject “California Privacy Request”
Include: your full name, state of residence (CA), the request type (access, delete, correct, opt-out, limit), and the email(s) you used on our site.
We’ll confirm receipt and respond within 45 days (may extend once by another 45 days when reasonably necessary, and we’ll notify you of the reason).
Verification & authorized agents
To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity (e.g., confirm control of the email address used).
You may use an authorized agent to make a request. We’ll require proof of authorization and may still ask you to verify your identity directly.
What “sell” and “share” mean
- “Sell”: disclosing personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration.
- “Share”: disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We do not sell personal information and do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the ad services described in our policies. You can opt out of ad personalization at any time.

Sensitive personal information
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information (as defined by CPRA) for purposes that require a “Limit the Use” link. If this changes, we’ll update this page and provide that control.
Non-discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any CCPA/CPRA rights (e.g., no different prices, levels, or quality of goods/services) except as permitted by law.
Previously collected personal information
- Categories collected: identifiers (e.g., IP address), internet/activity data (pages viewed, device/browser info); if you submit forms, contact details you provide.
- Sources: directly from you (forms), automatically via your browser/device, and service providers (analytics/ads).
- Purposes: site operation, security, analytics, advertising/monetization, communications (if subscribed).
- Disclosures: service providers (hosting, analytics, anti-spam, ad networks) under contracts; legal reasons if required.
- Sales/sharing: No sales. We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the ad services disclosed.
